Delivery & Shipping

Once you have submitted your order we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.

We will then calculate your freight costs and send you your proforma invoice with our bank information. Please understand that we cannot directly give you a quote for delivery charges since they vary depending on weight of ordered goods and destination of delivery. In this invoice, we will also provide an estimated date of delivery. Please note that we cannot arrange delivery for a specific day and that we are not responsible for delays during delivery.
Deliveries within Germany are free of costs.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will despatch your goods. We strive to have all items available at all times; however, should any item not be on stock for the moment, delivery times may be prolonged accordingly. In this case, we will inform you in time and do our best to keep the delay as short as possible.

Of course, you are also welcome to send your own carrier or pick up your goods yourself. In this case, please check the option “collection by customer” in your check-out dialogue. Your proforma invoice will not contain delivery charges. Your order has to be paid in full by the time you pick up your goods. After we have received you payment, we will send you an email confirming the reception of your payment and informing you about pick-up hours and directions.

Please note that foreign bank fees, customs duties and other additional taxes and fees as applicable have to be paid by the customer. The minimum order value for any order is 1.000 EUR. All prices are exclusive of VAT and in Euro currency.
